1. Registration & Eligibility

By registering through Guest Player, you confirm that the player information provided is accurate and complete. Eligibility for Cooperstown Dreams Park or All-Star Village events is governed solely by the tournament organizer. Guest Player makes no representation regarding a player’s eligibility to participate in any event and is not responsible for determining, confirming, or enforcing eligibility rules.

It is the responsibility of the registering party to verify age requirements, classification rules, and any required exemption processes directly with the relevant tournament director before the player takes the field.

2. Role of Guest Player

Guest Player operates as a marketplace and connection platform. We facilitate the listing and discovery of player availability and team openings. We are not a tournament organizer, team manager, or event sponsor. Acceptance of a registration listing by a coach or team does not constitute a guarantee of playing time, participation, or any contractual obligation beyond the scope of the platform.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

Registration fees paid through Guest Player are processed securely via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable once a registration is activated, except where required by applicable law. If a park or week is canceled by the tournament organizer, Guest Player will make reasonable efforts to allow your profile to me modified but is not liable for losses arising from third-party cancellations.

4. Liability Limitation

Guest Player is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or harm arising from participation in any athletic event, travel to or from an event, or any action or inaction by a coach, team, tournament organizer, or other third party. Use of this platform is at your own risk.

5. Data Use & Marketing

Registration information, including player name, date of birth, positions, and week selections, may be used by Guest Player for platform improvement, internal analytics, and marketing communications. We will not sell your personal information to third parties. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any communication.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, NY.

7. Acceptance
